Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all digital platforms to strengthen brand presence, attract clients, and support clinic growth. This role focuses on aesthetic/medical marketing, patient engagement, and lead generation while ensuring all content aligns with clinical standards and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Develop and execute monthly social media content plans aligned with marketing goals
  • Manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels
  • Monitor trends and implement timely, relevant content strategies
Content Creation & Branding
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, reels, captions)
  • Ensure all content reflects the clinic’s branding, professionalism, and medical credibility
  • Coordinate with doctors and facialists for treatment highlights, before-and-after content, and educational posts
Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Drive patient inquiries, bookings, and conversions through social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing team on promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor and improve engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions)
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data
Compliance & Quality Control
  • Ensure all content complies with medical advertising standards and company protocols
  • Protect patient confidentiality at all times
  • Secure proper consent for client photos/videos
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Skilled in content creation, photo/video editing, and copywriting
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in aesthetic/medical clinic marketing
  • Basic knowledge of skincare or cosmetic treatments
  • Paid ads experience (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
  • Influencer marketing and collaboration experience
