About the role
Esse Vida (flagship brand Sip2Glow, and more!) is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support our overall marketing objectives.As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping Esse Vida's digital presence and connecting with our growing community of customers.
What you'll be doing- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Esse Vida's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Facebook
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience
- Develop comprehensive social media calendar with creativity and content angels that fit with brand visual identify and values
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns and strategies to achieve specific marketing goals
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media initiatives, making data-driven recommendations to optimise future campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and e-commerce, to ensure a cohesive and impactful social media presence
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within the digital marketing/communications industry
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and how to leverage them for brand building and customer engagement
- Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop unique, compelling content
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
