We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to spearhead the market launch and drive the rapid growth of our brand-new cold storage and logistics facility in Minglanilla, Cebu.

The role is responsible for driving the growth of the new cold storage facility by aggressively acquiring B2B clients, managing high-level negotiations and financial targets, and overseeing the end-to-end account lifecycle—from strategic market analysis and performance reporting to ensuring seamless operational delivery and client retention.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Business Development & Strategy
  • Acquisition: Identify and secure new B2B clients through cold calling, lead generation,
referrals, and site visits.
  • Strategy: Develop and implement sales initiatives, marketing strategies, and programs to
increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Market Intel: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new
opportunities and stay ahead of industry shifts.
  1. Client Relationship & Account Management
  • Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure
continued loyalty.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve complaints, handle
operational issues, and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates on shipments/orders and act as a professional
representative of the company at all times.
  1. Financials, Quotes & Negotiations
  • Revenue Growth: Drive profitability by meeting monthly sales targets and enforcing KPI
standards.
  • Proposals: Coordinate with Pricing and Operations to prepare, follow up on, and close
deals for storage and trucking services.
  • Negotiation: Secure bookings and contracts by negotiating terms that meet both
customer needs and company profit guidelines.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Data Analysis: Review and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports, pipelines, and branch
performance to track progress against budgets.
  • Incentives: Prepare sales performance summaries and incentive reports for
management approval.
  • Team Leadership: Monitor and motivate the sales team to ensure professional standards
and KPI targets are consistently met.
  1. Operations & Administration
  • Onboarding: Manage all documentation for client onboarding, service agreements, and
specialized cold storage requirements.
  • Accuracy: Ensure all transactions, orders, and deliveries are processed efficiently and
recorded accurately in the system.
  • Engagement: Attend trade events, meetings, and presentations to represent the

company’s interests.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related course
  • With relevant sales or account management experience

Required Competencies:

  • Client acquisition and relationship management
  • Sales presentation and negotiation
  • Account monitoring and coordination
  • Market scanning and lead generation
  • Proposal and quotation preparation
  • Communication Skills & Coordination with operations and warehouse teams
  • Basic understanding of cold chain and warehousing operations
  • Willing to travel & conduct client visits
  • Proficient in MS Office & Report Preparation

Preferred:

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, FMCG, food industry, or cold storage.
  • Existing network within food, retail, seafood, meat, or distribution sectors.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, account management, & contract negotiation.
