QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Management, Real Estate Management, Marketing or any relevant course
- Proven work experience as a Sales account Executive
- Ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in any CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to analyze market trend
- Willing to start ASAP
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategically generate leads and foster brand
- Manage accounts and act as the point of contact for clients
- Manage and grow portfolio of account
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Establish best practices
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Gather statistics on clients' feedback after event or stay to enhance sales portfolio
