We are seeking a detail-oriented and licensed QA Analyst- Non Food.The role ensures product quality, compliance with industry standards, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will conduct inspections, testing, and documentation to guarantee that raw materials, packaging, and finished goods meet company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products.Conduct in-process quality checks during production (filling, sealing, labeling, packing).
Ensure compliance with GMP, SSOP, and FDA standards.
Monitor sanitation, calibration, and safety procedures in production areas.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
Approve or reject raw materials and finished goods based on quality standards.
Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.Valid professional license (for board program graduates).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, ISO 9001:2015, and quality systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Training or certification in GMP, BOSH, or Quality Process Analysis is an advantage.
