Sales Engineer

Job Description:

• Identify, establish, and develop relationships with potential customers and key industry stakeholders to generate new business opportunities for AJ Power generator sets.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of AJ Power gensets, tailored to customer needs and project requirements.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of power generation systems, ensuring clients fully understand product capabilities, specifications, and compliance standards.
• Build strong customer rapport and trust, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to offer customized solutions and provide post-sales support when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support strategic sales planning.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (PRC registered)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in the power generation or electrical equipment industry
• In-depth technical knowledge of generator sets, including sizing, applications, and system integration
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients
• Proven track record in developing customer relationships and closing technical sales
