Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell light steel framing products and systems to architects, contractors, developers, and engineers
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in bid documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to offer optimal project solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in construction or building materials
• Strong knowledge of light steel framing or prefabricated building systems is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in reading construction plans and interpreting technical specifications
• Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-focused
• Willing to travel for client meetings and project site visits
