The Learning and Engagement Associate plays a critical role in supporting employee development, engagement initiatives, and company culture. This position also collaborates with company leaders preparing and delivering materials that support executive-led presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the organization’s services, people programs snf training capabilities.
This is a cross-functional role that blends learning coordination, internal communications, diversity support, and client-facing engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Focused Presentation Support- Work closely with executives to prepare professional, engaging, and data-driven presentation materials used in discussions with prospective clients.
- Assist in organizing and showcasing the company’s people programs, training systems, culture initiatives, and employee experience strategy in client-facing settings.
- Ensure that content reflects the company’s strengths in workforce capability, engagement, and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align messaging with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Coordinate the delivery of onboarding, training, and upskilling programs for various departments.
- Assist in the development of instructional content, job aids, and digital learning assets.
- Track training participation, feedback, and performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide logistical support for learning sessions, both virtual and in-person.
- Maintain accurate records and learning data in systems such as LMS and shared trackers.
- Collaborate with the People Team and site leadership to roll out engagement programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate internal initiatives such as wellness activities, recognition events, and team building sessions.
- Support internal surveys (e.g., pulse checks, engagement assessments) and help analyze and present results.
- Assist in translating insights into practical engagement strategies aligned with company values.
- Monitor engagement metrics and program effectiveness over time.
- Maintain organized documentation of training and engagement activities, communications, and presentation assets.
- Support special projects and initiatives that contribute to a positive employee and client experience.
- Assist in producing reports and dashboards summarizing outcomes and key performance indicators for leadership review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in employee training, engagement, or HR-related support—preferably in a BPO or fast-paced corporate setting.
- Strong communication and presentation design skills; able to assist in executive level client presentations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with LMS platforms and basic visual tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage.
- Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
