KEY QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory role (Food/FMCG industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and Food Safety standards (GMP, HACCP). Proficient in any Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to manage a team of packers, checkers, and drivers in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or early mornings (to match baking cycles).
