Warehouse Supervisor (Lubao, Pampanga)

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse facility.
• Supervise loading and unloading processes to minimize product damage and delivery delays.

Sales and Distribution Support:

• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Distribution teams to prioritize and schedule outbound shipments.
• Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and on-time delivery performance.
• Manage dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipment tracking.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment as needed.
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Report discrepancies and coordinate with procurement and finance teams for resolution.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals.
• Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor staff productivity.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse operations, inventory status, and delivery performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma/degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems, and basic MS Office tools.
• Knowledge: Understanding of logistics, distribution, inventory control, and sales processes.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and time management.
