Warehouse Supervisor

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse, hallways and extensions.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and physical movement of materials from receipt to stocking and to distribution.

Ensures Daily update of Web Inventory system

Ensures that all receipts of raw/packaging materials and finished goods from the supplier(s) and transfer to production are on time, documented and well accounted for.
Encode RM/PM/FG daily purchases, consumption and rejects.
Conduct a physical count of RM/PM/FG every end of the month.
Oversees outgoing shipment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipment.
Maintain an orderly and accurate process for receiving and releasing goods in the warehouse.
Measures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
Assists co-warehouse staff when necessary.

Follow safety precautions in all areas.

Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Warehouse Department Head

Identify areas of improvement and establish annotative or adjust existing work procedure and practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications
Graduate of any business related courses/Accountancy/ Industrial Engineer

At least 1 -2 years of experience in handling warehouse in food industry is an advantage
