Role Overview
Drive and optimize international digital campaigns across Google, Facebook/Meta, and LinkedIn to attract B2B clients for our BPO services. You’ll generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, elevate posting performance, and develop strategic funnels—all backed by data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Lead Generation
Develop robust multi-channel strategies targeting international B2B clients (SEO/SEM, PPC, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn) to produce high-quality leads.- Campaign Creation & Performance
Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and content optimized for platform algorithms.
Run A/B tests and adjust targeting, messaging, and creative based on performance metrics.- Social Media Leadership
Elevate organic and paid presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
Engage with prospects, cultivate communities, and drive brand awareness.- Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign KPIs: CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates; build weekly/monthly dashboards.
Optimize budgets and provide ROI-focused insights to leadership.- International Client Focus
Tailor campaigns for global markets: regional targeting, messaging localization, timezone ops.
Stay informed on global ad platform updates and competitor BPO strategies.- Collaboration & Execution
Align with Sales, Account, and Design teams to build funnels and landing pages that convert.
Guide external agencies or freelancers on campaign delivery and brand consistency.- Continuous Improvement
Research industry trends, experiment with new formats (e.g., video, lead magnets, automation).
Refine messaging, landing pages, and segmentation to continuously lower acquisition costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.Experience: 3 years in digital marketing with B2B lead gen focus—preferred in BPO or services.
Platforms: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis ability—experience with dashboards, A/B testing, ROI measurement.
Content Skills: Excellent copywriting; ability to guide creatives or produce visuals.
Project Management: Capability to coordinate across teams, manage budgets and timelines.
Global Mindset: Familiarity with targeting international buyers and cross-border campaign tactics.
