About the role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Pharmasafe Inc. As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our specialized range of mother and baby care products within a retail setting.This is a full-time position based in Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans specifically for our premium lines of skincare and feeding essentials available in retail locations, aiming to elevate brand visibility, generate customer interest, and boost sales.
- Analyzing consumer trends, understanding the needs of parents and caregivers, and monitoring competitor activities within the mother and baby care market to refine marketing approaches.
- Overseeing the creation and distribution of point-of-sale materials, digital content, social media engagement, and in-store promotional activities to effectively communicate product benefits and brand values.
- Collaborating closely with retail partners and the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives and enhance the customer experience in-store.
- Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns in retail environments, identifying key drivers of success and areas for optimization.
- Staying informed about relevant regulations and guidelines concerning the marketing and sale of products for infants and mothers.
- Leading and guiding a team of marketing professionals focused on the retail channel.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the retail sector, ideally involving skincare, baby care, or related consumer goods.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns that drive retail sales and build brand preference among target consumers.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, consumer insights, and the effectiveness of retail marketing efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging for parents and in-store audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms, CRM software, and understanding how they integrate with retail marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with regulations and best practices relevant to marketing products for mothers and babies.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
