ADDITIONAL STAFF: Marketing Head / Assistant

AISAT College of Dasmariñas is looking for a Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for promoting the school’s programs, increasing student enrollment, and strengthening the institution’s public presence through strategic marketing and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote the school’s academic programs and services.
• Manage and coordinate enrollment campaigns, school events, and promotional activities.
• Create and oversee marketing materials such as social media content, posters, brochures, and advertisements.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, organizations, and community stakeholders for recruitment and linkages.
• Assist in organizing school fairs, orientations, and outreach activities to attract prospective students.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing efforts to improve visibility and enrollment results.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding school programs.
• Maintain records and reports related to marketing activities and enrollment leads.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• With experience in marketing, admissions, or student recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in social media marketing and digital promotion.
• With complete Government Credentials.
