Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

You’ll help coordinate campaigns, manage online content, assist with promotions, and support the marketing team in building strong customer connections. If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support & Coordination:

• Assist in executing marketing plans and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and partner stores for marketing activities
• Help organize retail events, activations, and seasonal promotions
• Maintain marketing calendars, files, and campaign materials

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in monitoring digital ad performance and analytics
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support email marketing and online promotions
• Help ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Administrative Support:

• Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign summaries
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers when needed

-Assist the marketing team with day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous internship or experience in marketing is an advantage

Skills & Tools:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics is a plus
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Location:

Preferably based near Makati City

Work Schedule:

Hybrid role (4 days on site / 1 day WFH)

Monday to Friday (8 hours + 1 hour lunch break)
