Local Store Marketing Assistant

QUALIFICATION

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related course.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience in local store marketing, campaign management, and events management, preferably from store-level sales initiatives.

• Up-to-date with current marketing trends and able to apply them effectively in campaigns.
• Strong cross-functional management skills; able to leverage internal resources to meet project goals.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledgeable in competitive marketing and partnership strategies.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
• Willing to do fieldwork.

• Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing marketing programs and promotions at the store level.
• Assists the Local Store Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives.

• Evaluate and analyze store performance; recommend and develop programs to drive sales growth for assigned brands.
• Support the Local Store Marketing (LSM) Manager in establishing and maintaining local marketing partnerships and tie-ups.
• Process Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders (PR/PO) for in-store and trade area Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials.
• Initiate and manage discussions with sponsors and third-party representatives for special events and sponsorship opportunities.
• For Araneta City: Coordinate closely with ACI Marketing to ensure timely updates and placements of the Center’s POP materials, including VGLAs and social media postings.
• Organize and coordinate bulk orders, catering, sponsorships, and parties, ensuring seamless collaboration with Operations and other relevant departments.
• Assist the LSM Manager in planning and executing grand openings and on-ground activations.
