About the role

Cavite Contracting Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Assistant/Encoder to join our team in Imus City, Cavite on a full-time basis. This is a key position within our administration department, providing essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organisation.

You will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our office environment whilst supporting our management team and colleagues with administrative and data entry tasks. This position is based on-site in Imus City, Cavite.

Key responsibilities
  1. Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all information is input correctly into company systems and databases
  2. Maintain and organise office files, records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements
  3. Provide administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and handling general enquiries
  4. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation as required
  5. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when stock levels are low
  6. Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate personnel or departments
  7. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing and distribution of documents
  8. Support the coordination of company events, meetings and training sessions
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  10. Liaise with other departments and external parties as needed to support business operations
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a similar business environment
  2. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  4. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  6. Reliable and professional demeanour with a positive attitude towards work
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  8. Familiarity with office management systems and databases is advantageous
  9. A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
