Supervises daily housekeeping tasks and activities to ensure the efficient delivery of service.
- Assists in the conduct of daily operations briefing.
- Reports necessary information related to the day-to- day operations to Site/Area Supervisor and client representative, if necessary.
- Ensures operational requests from employees, guests or management, are responded to promptly, efficiently and courteously.
- Attends regular huddle with client representative.
- Coordinates with all units for the requirements and concerns of employees and clients to be able to deliver the required services.
- Manages stock inventory through updating of stock cards.
- Ensure proper discipline and work ethics of employees.
- Handles issuance of NTE (Notice to Explain) to employees.
- Monitors complaints on services and reports to Site Supervisor for appropriate action.
- Helps ensure harmonious and good relationship with client.
