Posted on 23 April 2026Supervise housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams regarding room availability and repairs.
Monitor housekeeping inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
Address guest requests, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Enforce hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve staff productivity.
Maintain housekeeping records, schedules, and reports for management review.
Qualifications/Requirements
Male or Female candidate
College level or equivalent; a degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, or a related field is an advantagePrevious experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
Strong background in housekeeping operations, hotel services, or facility management
In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and housekeeping equipment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
