Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2–5 years experience in housekeeping, facilities management, or cleaning services
- With experience in training, coaching, or supervision
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
- Background in hotel, property management, or commercial cleaning is an advantage
- TESDA certification (e.g., Housekeeping NC II) is a plus
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for housekeeping and janitorial staff
- Develop and update training modules, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and chemical usage
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Perform site visits to assess service quality and identify training needs
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Coordinate with Operations and Supervisors to align training with client requirements
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
