About the role
VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC.' is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic marketing team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and conversions for our growing business.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across search, social media, email and other digital channels
- Create and publish engaging content (e.g. blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns) to attract and nurture leads
- Manage and optimise search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) campaigns to improve visibility and drive qualified traffic
- Coordinate with the social media team to align digital marketing efforts and maximise the impact of campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance, identify insights and make data-driven recommendations to optimise future initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices
- Support the wider marketing team with other projects and initiatives as required
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of planning, executing and optimising successful digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and innovations
