The Digital Marketing Head will lead the company's digital growth strategy with a primary focus on Organic Search (SEO), Website Performance, Content Strategy, and Lead Generation. The role is responsible for increasing website visibility, improving search engine rankings, driving qualified organic traffic, and maximizing conversions through data-driven SEO initiatives.

This position requires a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, content optimization, website analytics, and organic growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive sustainable growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead generation, and website conversions.
  • Establish SEO best practices across all websites and digital properties.
  • Lead SEO planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee website architecture, navigation, user experience, and technical SEO implementation.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for crawlability, indexability, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Partner with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and website enhancements.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues affecting rankings and user experience.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and improve keyword rankings for priority business terms.
  • Create SEO roadmaps focused on increasing organic visibility and market share.
  • Optimize existing content to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure all website content follows SEO best practices.
  • Monitor website traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and actionable recommendations.
  • Track ROI and business impact of SEO initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to increase qualified inbound leads through organic channels.
  • Partner with sales and business teams to align digital marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
  • Optimize landing pages and website conversion funnels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience growing organic website traffic and improving search rankings.
  • Experience managing websites with significant monthly traffic and lead-generation goals.
