• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Lead and optimize SEO and SEM initiatives to improve search engine rankings, online visibility, and paid search performance
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization to maximize organic search performance
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager, and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across websites and landing pages
• Manage email marketing, social media campaigns, and digital content to support integrated marketing initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in SEO and SEM
• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, backlink strategies, and PPC campaign management
• Experience in website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance marketing
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven recommendations
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, retail, or consumer-focused industries is an advantage
