HR Strategy & Leadership
- Build, lead, and scale the HR department
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- HR Operations & Processes
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Establish end-to-end HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Lead HRIS implementation and optimization (Workday preferred)
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Support recruitment ramp-up plans (target: significant headcount growth)
- Develop hiring strategies for critical and technical roles (e.g., engineers/programmers)
- Compensation & Benefits
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and incentive plans
- Compliance & Payroll
- Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations and labor laws
- Work closely with compliance and finance stakeholders
- Organizational Development
- Support initiatives such as ISO certification
- Drive performance management and employee engagement strategies
- Digital Transformation & AI
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI in HR processes
- Improve efficiency through technology and automation

A successful Senior HR Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a Senior HR leadership role
- Strong background in:
- Payroll and government compliance
- HR operations and process design
- HRIS systems (Workday experience strongly preferred)
- Experience building or transforming HR functions
- Background in Tech, BPO, or startup environments
- Experience hiring technical roles (engineering/programming)
- Familiarity with AI tools in HR
- Demonstrated startup mindset: hands-on, adaptable, and collaborative
