About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic HR team at Mineski Global (Philippines). As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions within our growing organisation based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.This is a full-time, permanent role that will play a pivotal part in driving our people strategy and ensuring we continue to attract, develop and retain top talent.
What you'll be doing- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support organisational objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback and development planning
- Lead the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives to upskill and engage our workforce
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labour laws
- Foster a positive, inclusive and values-driven company culture
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of people-related matters
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and systems
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR management role, ideally within the corporate industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with all stakeholders
- Proficient in leveraging HR technology and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and organisational skills
- Passion for creating a positive employee experience and fostering an inclusive work environment
