Preventive Maintenance Service Technician

VTSA International Inc., the exclusive Distributor of Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines is hiring a PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN! (PMS)

WORK LOCATION: Unit 25M Glaston Tower, Ortigas East, Pasig City

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance (PMS) activities and basic equipment inspections
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and minor adjustments as instructed
• Support skilled or senior technicians during troubleshooting, repair works, and inspections
• Observe and immediately report abnormal conditions such as unusual noises, vibrations, odor, error codes, or irregular operation
• Assist in the preparation and completion of service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs
• Strictly comply with company safety procedures, lock-out/tag-out practices, and housekeeping standards at all times

Qualifications:

• With experience in preventive maintenance, technical work, or related field
• Basic knowledge in electrical or mechanical systems is preferred
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel if needed
• Can follow instructions and work well with a team
• Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious
