Service Technician
About the role
Miromed Enterprises is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their equipment and machinery.
What you'll be doing- Perform installation, calibration, and testing of medical equipment (e.g., endoscopes, monitors, surgical tools)
- Repair and replace defective parts of biomedical devices
- Handle restoration of specialized equipment (e.g., endoscopy and surgical systems)
- Ensure all serviced equipment meets safety and operational standards
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and repair documentation
- Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to clients
- Explain proper handling and basic troubleshooting to healthcare staff
- Maintain strong relationships with hospital clients
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledge of medical devices (endoscopy, imaging systems, surgical tools)
- TESDA NC II (Electronics/Medical Equipment Servicing) is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
