RBC Medical Trading OPC and Jamces Medical Supplies is looking for a Technical Service Technician (Dialysis)!
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technical Service Technician (Dialysis) who will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of dialysis-related equipment such as hemodialysis machines, reprocessing machines, water treatment systems, and dialyser racks.The role is essential in ensuring continuous operations and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or any related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in medical device servicing, biomedical engineering, or a related technical role is preferred
- Familiarity with dialysis equipment brands such as Nipro, B. Braun, Nikkiso, and Fresenius
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics and computer systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work beyond regular hours and travel frequently for field assignments
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and test dialysis equipment at client facilities
- Train client personnel on proper equipment operation and provide technical support when needed
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on installed machines
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including recommending replacement parts or further repairs
- Handle client service requests and coordinate with the Technical Services Manager for major concerns
- Prepare service and maintenance reports for clients and management
- Conduct on-site equipment assessments and address client concerns
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Group regarding delivery of parts and equipment updates
- Assist the sales team by providing technical information on new equipment models
- Continuously update technical knowledge through training and education
