Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing all resort operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- This leadership role requires guiding a diverse team, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure that all resort facilities are well-maintained and comply with safety standards.
- Spearheads ongoing projects, expansion and continuous growth of the brand.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7-10 years in hotel or resort management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget development and cost control.
- Vast international experience with hotel pre-opening and intensive business development engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English language and proficiency with at least two to three foreign languages.
