- handles guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- ensure compliance with health, safety and industrial regulations
- collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and improve occupancy rates
- proven experience as a hotel general manager or in a similar role
- strong knowledge on hotel management or business administration or relevant discipline
- excellent communications skill in both written and spoken english, tagalog and mandarin
- positive attitude towards challenges and drive to excel
