Internal Control Manager

Establish and strengthen internal control frameworks (ICFR) across APAC entities
- Conduct control testing, identify gaps, and drive remediation initiatives
- Enhance standardisation, documentation, and automation of financial controls
- Partner with stakeholders and auditors to ensure audit readiness and governance compliance
Pioneer role shaping internal controls in a growing agribusinessRegional exposure with APAC and international stakeholders
The ideal candidate must have:Non-negotiables:
- CPA/CIA with minimum 5 years of experience in internal controls/audit
- Proven experience building or transforming control frameworks from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Background in FMCG or fast-paced, high-volume industries
- Willing to relocate or be based long-term in Davao
Good to have:
- Experience in multinational companies
- Exposure to agribusiness or similar sectors
