Marketing Strategist (w/ AI Workflow Experience)

We are hiring a full-time, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Strategist who can transform ideas, content, or manuscripts into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and structured, actionable launch and go-to-market strategies. This is a strategy-first role that leverages AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to improve speed, efficiency, scalability, and consistency, while relying on strong marketing judgment, audience insight, and independent thinking to guide decisions.

• Define target audiences, customer personas, positioning strategies, and core messaging frameworks across multiple projects
• Develop comprehensive, structured marketing strategies, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch execution plans and initiatives
• Create and refine high-quality content such as value propositions, summaries, product descriptions, marketing briefs, campaign messaging, and frameworks
• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize messaging to strengthen clarity, engagement, and conversion performance
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, ideation, and workflow execution while maintaining high editorial and quality standards
• Build, document, and maintain scalable, reusable workflows, templates, prompts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure absolute consistency and alignment across all marketing assets, campaigns, and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to align messaging, strategy, and effective execution
• Identify opportunities to improve overall efficiency through automation and AI-assisted processes

• Audience research reports, and strategic positioning frameworks
• Comprehensive messaging architectures and high-quality, conversion-focused content assets
• Detailed, multi-phase marketing and launch strategies equipped with actionable execution plans
• AI-assisted workflows, templates, prompts, and scalable operating systems
• Strategic recommendations aimed at improving overall team efficiency, brand consistency, and marketing performance

Qualifications/Requirements

• Background in content marketing, brand strategy, or developing and executing comprehensive product launches, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
• Professional experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms) and marketing automation as productivity tools within a workflow
• Familiarity with diverse digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and content distribution
• Experience building and documenting repeatable systems, templates, prompts, SOPs, or workflow optimization processes
• Strong experience and proven success in marketing strategy, brand messaging, positioning, and growth or product marketing
• A deep understanding of audience psychology, customer behavior, and conversion principles
• Excellent writing, editing, content development, and structural skills
• The ability to independently evaluate, refine, critique, and strengthen messaging
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to use AI as a support tool rather than a substitute for strategic decision-making and marketing judgment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
