SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Executive will support business development activities by generating leads, assisting with client engagement, promoting company products and services, and executing marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will receive training on AV technologies and solutions while developing strong sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and update company social media platforms and website content.
- Create marketing materials such as presentations and promotional content.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Support the organization of events, exhibitions, product launches, and client engagement activities.
- Help track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn technical AV products and solutions.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
