AI Automation Specialist (w/ Marketing Experience)

We are seeking a capable AI Automation Specialist who must have a solid marketing experience to ensure strategic use of AI-powered solutions in streamlining workflows, improving customer engagement, and scaling digital operations.

• Develop and coordinate AI-driven automations for marketing and business operations
• Automate lead generation, follow-ups, email campaigns, and CRM workflows
• Integrate marketing platforms and automation tools (like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel)
• Build AI-powered content workflows for social media, emails, and customer support
• Improve sales funnels, customer experiences, and overall campaign results
• Review marketing data and automation trends to boost conversion rates
• Work alongside marketing and sales teams to design systems that grow with the business

Qualifications/Requirements

• Hands-on experience using AI and workflow automation tools
• A background in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing automation
• Familiarity with CRM software and API integrations
• Solid understanding of customers funnels and marketing strategies
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work well independently

• Must have experience with the following automation tools: OpenAI or ChatGPT workflows, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, GoHighLevel
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering
• Experience with chatbot development or AI assistants
• Understanding of SEO, paid ads, and conversion optimization
