Business Development Specialist

The key responsibilities of a Business Development Officer include the following:

• Actively source, approach, and negotiate with potential suppliers and business partners
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure long-term cooperation
• Present BilisBenta’s platform and partnership opportunities to prospective suppliers
• Assist in onboarding new suppliers and coordinating product listings on the platform
• Conduct market research to identify trending products, supplier opportunities, and industry trends
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure supplier partnerships align with company goals
• Support supplier performance monitoring and ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams
• Prepare regular reports on supplier engagement, partnership development, and business growth progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)·
• Experience in business development, supplier sourcing, partnership management, or sales (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confident and persuasive when dealing with suppliers and partners
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying new opportunities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, distribution, or digital sales is an advantage

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Business Development Officer: 1 year (Preferred)
