- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Highly organized with a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficiency in general office software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Cantonese or Mandarin language skills preferred but not required
- Degree-level education, ideally in law or finance, or equivalent entry-level financial services experience
- Assist Transaction Managers with onboarding new transactions and client entities through data input
- Log receipt of original transaction documentation and arrange offsite archiving when required
- Establish secure Debtdomain dealsites to centralize deal-related information and documentation for each new transaction
- Create deal-specific calendar reminders in Debtdomain and act on related notifications
- Upload deal-specific documentation to Debtdomain dealsites for relevant transaction counterparties
- Assist the Client Services team with call-backs and external audit enquiries
- Establish new client bank accounts with banking providers
- Collaborate and coordinate with team members to support other administrative tasks
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
- Actively participate and engage in team and company projects
- Collaborate consultatively with team members on assigned projects
