- 1-3 years of experience in NetSuite support, ERP administration, finance systems support, or business systems operations
- Prior NetSuite experience
- Currently pursuing or with background in accounting qualifications
- Experience working in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Passion for finance systems with a strong customer focus
- Confident communicator across all levels of the organization
- Willingness to share knowledge and support team growth
- Approachable and collaborative mindset
- Adaptable and open to change and responsibility
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of NetSuite including updating master data and organizational structures
- Provide ongoing training and support to stakeholders
- Manage BAU support requirements for offshore teams through Jira and Slack
- Ensure service levels are met in terms of response quality and turnaround time
- Manage month-end timetable impacts and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Liaise with internal Risk teams to ensure compliance with obligations
- Manage backlog and prioritize initiatives that improve operational efficiency
