HR Generalist

We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist who will take the lead in managing the full employee life cycle — from recruitment to retention — and help shape a positive, people-centered workplace.
- Job Summary
As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of HR services across various functions. You will support both employees and management in all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Execute end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and job specifications
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, online platforms, job fairs, and partnerships with universities
- Administer the company’s performance appraisal system and guide managers and employees through the process
- Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs to enhance employee competencies
- Support career development planning, succession strategies, and leadership development programs
- Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement activities, team-building programs, and internal communication initiatives
- Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies and labor laws
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to gain insights and drive retention strategies
- Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit administration (government-mandated benefits, HMO, insurance, etc.)
- Monitor employee attendance and leaves; ensure timekeeping accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, 201 files, contracts, and legal documentation
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- With 2–3 years of solid HR generalist experience; experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS platforms
