Manila - HR Generalist

We are looking for a competent and experienced HR Generalist who will take on a wide range of HR functions — from handling day-to-day employee records to processing payroll and statutory benefits. This position is essential in maintaining smooth internal HR operations and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and timely payroll computation including government-mandated deductions.
• Manage and process statutory benefits and government loans (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HDMF, etc.).
• Maintain and update complete 201 files and other employee records.
• Prepare contracts, memos, and HR-related communications.
• Monitor and record employee attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with DOLE regulations and company policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and internal HR matters.
• Support HR compliance reporting and audits when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of solid experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory contributions, loan applications, and 201 file management.
• Proficient in using HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
