IT Hardware Staff

Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and technically skilled IT Staff to support the company’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and CCTV surveillance systems. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations across all departments by providing technical support and maintaining IT and security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems (DVR/NVR, cameras, and related hardware/software)
- Ensure continuous recording and proper functioning of all CCTV cameras across sites/warehouses
- Retrieve and provide CCTV footage upon request for incident investigation (with proper authorization)
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance
- Assist in setting up user accounts, emails, and system access rights
- Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory records
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and technical support
- Support basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
- Ensure compliance with IT and data security policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Experience in CCTV system installation, monitoring, or maintenance is an advantage
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
- Familiarity with DVR/NVR systems and IP cameras is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willing to work onsite and flexible with schedules if needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial setup
- Basic cybersecurity awareness
- Exposure to ERP or operations systems
