Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues to stakeholders
- Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and IT equipment
- Assist stakeholders with system access, troubleshooting, and application use
- Document issues, solutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary
- Track and maintain records of all IT hardware and software assets
- Manage the full lifecycle of assets—from acquisition to disposal
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement for IT asset needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Familiarity with hardware components, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP)
- Understanding of basic IT security practices, including password policies, antivirus software, and data protection
- Experience with asset management software or tools (e.g., Freshservice, Snipe-IT, Lansweeper)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
