IT Officer

Ensure CCTV Uptime and equipment are at least 85% operational
- Parking System Uptime, system and hardware are at least 85% operational
- Ensure availability of mall pipe-in music (PABGM)
- Assist the use of LED displays, 3D Mapping, LED Facade, Video Wall, Wayfinders, Uptime
- Maintain and operate mall admin's devices (computer, laptop, printer, biometrics, internet etc)
- Provide assistance to all employees in terms of data connectivity, setup, installation and configuration of work related equipment based on company policies i.e. G-Suite, Acrobat reader, application and system related support or anti-virus support
- Coordinate with IT-HO(ISM) any network related issues/concerns, projects and collaborations. Assist users with their IT requirements and requests.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree (any IT related course)
- Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years IT hardware and application support experience
- Must be willing to work in Uptown Mall Taguig or any Megaworld mall properties and willing to work within mall hours including holidays
