HR Administrator (ZR_22743_JOB)
This is a remote position.

Looking for a strong, experienced HR admin to join the team. Need to have someone who has experience in recruiting, as they will be managing our recruitment efforts for onsite recruitment in New York. Would like someone who has worked with C-level executives before and can help me organize everything and optimize the schedule.
Responsibilities: Recruitment Support- Post job openings across all platforms (LinkedIn, company site, job boards).
- Screen résumés using pre-set criteria (or AI tools if you're fancy).
- Schedule interviews & coordinate with hiring managers.
- Send rejection emails (with kindness and clarity).
- Maintain candidate tracking spreadsheet or ATS updates.
Onboarding:
- Prepare and send offer letters & contracts.
- Set up new hire accounts (email, HRIS, Slack, etc.).
- Coordinate welcome kits or swag deliveries.
- Schedule orientation meetings.
- Collect documents (IDs, tax forms, signed policies).
- Input new hire data into HRIS.
- Maintain digital employee files (secure + up-to-date).
- Update contact info, role changes, or status changes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws for records retention.
- Collect and verify timesheets (if applicable).
- Assist with payroll prep (send to accountant/payroll vendor).
- Handle benefits enrollments and changes.
- Answer basic employee questions on payroll/benefits.
- Help organize birthdays, work anniversaries, team events.
- Assist with employee feedback surveys.
- Track and flag trends in engagement or morale (hello, vibes report).
- Ensure all employees have acknowledged key policies.
- Track training completions (harassment, DEI, safety).
- Flag and file any incident reports.
- Coordinate exit interviews.
- Remove system access on last day.
- Collect company property and finalize paperwork.
- Update HRIS and benefits systems accordingly.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
- Strong background in recruiting, with experience managing onsite recruitment in New York
- Comfortable working closely with and supporting C-level executives
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to optimize schedules and streamline operations
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Familiar with HRIS systems, employee records management, and compliance tracking
