Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce Experience/Projects Required)

Job Overview

Candidates must have exposure to Salesforce projects, even if only for approximately 1 year, through implementation, enhancement, support, or integration initiatives.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirements workshops, interviews, and business process review sessions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, workflows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Assist with solution design discussions and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and change management initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience working on Salesforce projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting UAT and post-implementation activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
