Job Description
Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design and implement solutions based on Java technologies.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, systems, and user guides.
- Assist in the training of end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of applications.
- 3-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position with a focus on Java applications.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with Java frameworks and tools.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Ability to create process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
