PROJECT ENGINEER – MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL
Operations / Projects | Field / Site-Based | 6 days (Mon to Sat) of work per week | Shifting/night schedules when required

The Project Engineer – Mechanical/Electrical will oversee and monitor assigned projects related to construction, fit-out, maintenance, and engineering works. The role involves project coordination, documentation, reporting, site supervision, supplier coordination, and ensuring project completion within timelines and company standards.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and supervise day-to-day project and site activities
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare and submit reports, monitoring updates, and documentation
- Review plans, drawings, and scope of works
- Monitor project timelines, manpower, and deliverables
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance
- Prepare material requests and assist in procurement coordination
- Assist in project billing validation and accomplishment monitoring
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of project records
- Escalate site concerns, delays, and technical issues as needed
- Support preventive maintenance and property management projects when assigned
What we're looking for:
- Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Licensed engineer is a plus but not required - fresh graduates are welcome!
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Can work in a fast-paced construction industry
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and reporting/documentation
- Can read and interpret plans and drawings
