The Project Engineer would do the following:
- Oversee the completion of residential projects and monitor maintenance work in property sites
- Supervise property management
- Review and validate progress reports and contractors billing
- Manage the bidding process with contractors
- Provide customer assistance for construction-related concerns
- Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 3 years work experience as a Project Engineer in a real estate property development (horizontal housing)
- Proficient in using CAD programs
- Must have excellent project management skills and communication skills
- With high customer orientation skills
- Willing to be assigned at Sta. Maria, Bulacan, Baliuag, Bulacan, or Mexico, Pampanga
