- Diverse and supportive work environment
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Delivery, Project Delivery, or PMO roles focused on business transformation and people-centered change rather than IT infrastructure or technical change
- Proven experience supporting end-to-end organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption activities
- Hands-on experience conducting learning needs analysis, training needs assessments, developing training materials, and facilitating training sessions, workshops, or change enablement programs
- Experience creating and implementing communication plans, stakeholder impact assessments, engagement plans, and Change Management (CM) plans
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied Science, Behavioural Science, or related fields
- Background in consulting, business transformation, or project delivery environments is highly preferred
- Strong English communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Resilient, adaptable, empathetic, and naturally inquisitive in fast-paced change environments with a strong interest in Organizational Change Management practices and initiatives
- Take briefs and instructions from clients
- Analyse client businesses, particularly where change may create impact
- Meet and present to stakeholders virtually
- Prepare business documents and presentation slides
- Propose appropriate tactics to manage organisational change and support desired project outcomes
- Execute plans, schedules, and progress reports
- Raise risks and issues when needed
- Maintain effective relationships across client and project teams
- Support project delivery as a collaborative team member
- Apply Project Management principles, including Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods
- Provide support to recipients of change during and after the project
