- Diverse and supportive work environment
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Behavioural Science, Applied Science, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Delivery, Project Delivery, or PMO roles supporting people, process, and business transformation initiatives rather than technical or IT infrastructure change
- Experience supporting stakeholder impact assessments, communication plans, engagement plans, and Change Management (CM) plans
- Exposure to learning needs analysis, training needs assessments, training material creation, and training or workshop facilitation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Strong English communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Resilient, adaptable, empathetic, and inquisitive with the ability to thrive in fast-paced change environments
- Strong interest in contributing to Organizational Change Management initiatives and practices
- Analyzing a client's business particularly where there is a potential impact from change
- Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
- Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organizational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
- Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
- Applying past experience in projects to demonstrate knowledge of Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods
- Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change during and after the project
