- 3-5 years of Organizational Change Management experience within corporate, business transformation, or enterprise change environments, beyond purely IT or technical change management
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioral Science, or related fields
- Hands-on experience in learning needs analysis, training needs assessments, stakeholder impact assessments, and organizational readiness activities
- Experience developing and executing Change Management plans, communication plans, engagement plans, and stakeholder management strategies
- Strong background in creating training materials, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and supporting change adoption initiatives
- Ability to assess organizational impacts, identify resistance risks, and recommend effective change adoption strategies
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, relationship management, communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word, for presentations, reporting, and communication materials
- Resilient, adaptable, empathetic, and proactive in managing organizational change within fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support employee engagement during transformation initiatives
- Exposure to organizational development, employee engagement, culture transformation, or business readiness initiatives is highly preferred
- Taking briefs from clients with the ability to provide direction about Change Management services
- Analyzing a client's business, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from change
- Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
- Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organizational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
- Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
- Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods
- Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the project
